The oncology department staff at Heywood Healthcare Hospital in Gardner or Athol, or Simonds-Sinon Regional Cancer Center in Fitchburg have applications available and will act as a liaison between our board of directors and the patient requesting assistance in order to maintain patient confidentiality.
